The Essentials Have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).Relevant experience in providing care services within the residential aged care environment.Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to aged care.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Current First Aid Certificate.A Current National Criminal Record Check suitable for aged care (within the last three years) or be willing to obtain.
