Your Impact
As Facility Manager, you'll lead from the front—driving clinical excellence, fostering a high‐performing team, and ensuring the home continues to deliver outstanding care outcomes.
You will:
* Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the facility
* Lead, mentor, and support your Care Managers and clinical team
* Maintain and enhance compliance, quality, and accreditation standards
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
* Champion a positive, engaged workplace culture
What You'll Bring
* AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
* 3 years' experience as a Facility Manager within aged care
* Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance
* Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
* A collaborative, hands‐on leadership style
