We’re re-opening our re-built hospitality venue which brews our own beers and we are building a kitchen team from the ground up. This is your chance to be part of something fresh, fast-paced, and full of energy from day one.
We’re looking for passionate, skilled chefs who thrive in high-volume service and care deeply about quality, consistency, and craft. If you can stay sharp under pressure and still plate like it’s the first service of the night, we want you in the engine room.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in high-volume kitchen environments
Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to consistency
Ability to perform under pressure without dropping standards
Excellent organisation and time management
Passion for quality produce, bold flavours, and clean execution
Strong communication and team first mindset with the ability to run a calm service
Reliability, discipline, and pride in your work
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
Sous Chef Responsibilities (Salary)
Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
Lead service confidently in a busy environment
Maintain consistency and pace across all sections
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen systems
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are always met
Chef de Partie (CDP) Responsibilities (Salary)
Run your section smoothly through prep and service
Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes at speed
Maintain tight mise en place and prep standards
Work closely with the team to keep service flowing
Keep your section clean and organised
Our Apprentice’s (Hourly rate)
Fast on your feet with the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
Strong willingness to learn, take direction, and develop culinary skills
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every shift with energy
High attention to detail and pride in consistency
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Assist with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, mise en place)
Follow recipes and prep lists accurately under guidance
Maintain cleanliness of your workstation throughout service
Learn and apply food safety and hygiene standards at all times
