This is a permanent position in our sugar processing factory, requiring shift work during the crushing season (including weekends and overtime) and day work only during the maintenance period.The Assistant Pan Boiler is responsible for producing low-grade sugar by monitoring and controlling batch/continuous pans, assessing crystal size and massecuite quality, and making necessary adjustments to ensure sugar quality.The ideal candidate will have:Sugar processing experienceWorking at HeightsConfined SpaceMaintenance skills, including trade qualifications, Rigger, Dogger, and Scaffolder High Risk Work LicencesDon't worry if you don't have all the experience; we value a keen attitude and willingness to learn.
