**The opportunity**:
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic and engaging, full-function Finance team on a full-time, fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Fixed Asset Accounting Manager, the Accounts Assistant will take responsibility for entering large volumes of data into NAV. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to gather experience in a full-function finance team as they begin their career in finance.
This is a four-month, fixed-term contract.
**About you**:
The ideal applicant for this role will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace, you will have ideally prior experience in a data-focused accounts support role and a problem-solving, analytical mind set.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
- Reviewing and updating coded invoices related to CAPEX in Concur with the budgets
- Reviewing WIP data in NAV and backup of invoices and transaction listings
- Asset capitalisation in NAV using WIP data
- Updating any journal transfers or miscoding's in NAV
- Ad-hoc budget, accounts, backup queries with internal and external stakeholders as required
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience with high-volume data entry
- Experience/qualifications in finance
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time-management capabilities
