Our client is a high-performing real estate agency who prides themselves on their customer service and sales-focused team. They're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
Your current role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing critical documentation and ensuring compliance throughout the property sales process.
Prepare and manage legal documentation throughout all stages of the property sales process.
Coordinate and process Form 2 and Form 6 documentation, including settlement procedures.
Review agency agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met prior to publishing property listings online.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and stakeholders to support smooth transactions.
Audit auction documentation to confirm completeness and legal accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who brings:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales administration role, ideally within real estate
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence, professional communication and strong time management abilities
