About the role
As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.
Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store
* Provide a great training experience of onboarding team members
* Monitor stock levels and product wastage
* Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store
* Rostering
* Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality
* Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary
* Ability to lead a team environment
* Able to work in a team environment
* Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks
