Wall Street is a HR Systems and Service provider for small to medium business with over 20 years' experience in HR, Sales and Recruitment, which over time has developed into an outsource Human Resource company.

We help our clients create value for their business through their most important asset, their people. Our clients are from a diverse range of industries such as, retail, manufacturing, sport leagues, property, marketing and more! No two days are the same.

**About the opportunity**:
Due to growth within the business, we are now seeking an

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading all operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and learning and development
- Act as the key contact and trusted advisor for Senior Management on all people related matters including alignment to NES, relevant awards as well as health and safety
- Support recruitment and on boarding for new team members
- Develop partnerships with leadership and teams across support office, retail and manufacturing to promote a high-performance culture
- Equip Senior Management with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people related issues
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures and policies
- Some planned client & interstate travel will be required

- 2+ years of experience in managing a team and various stakeholders
- Knowledge and proven experience in working in Human Resources is not necessary
- You're are naturally organized and focused on delivering solutions
- Your strong networking skills and the ability to build solid relationships with different stakeholders

- Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- The ability to work autonomously and independently
