Lead a caring, professional team that prides itself on delivering person-centred, high-quality care Work with an organisation that invests in its people and fosters a positive workplace culture The Organisation: A respected residential aged care provider guided by strong values and a resident-first approach Committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for both residents and staff Dedicated to supporting professional growth, leadership development, and clinical excellence Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, including managing complex needs, wound care, dementia, and palliative care Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to nurses and care staff Conduct assessments, develop and review individualised care plans, and ensure accurate documentation Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred care Champion continuous improvement, risk management, and a safe, respectful workplace culture Key Requirements / Skills: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably in aged care Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident- and family-focused approach Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) Benefits and Perks: Permanent Part-Time position for weekends only with large provider.
