Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area for a 2-5 year PQE Lawyer. The responsibilities include providing legal advice to clients across various practice areas, assisting in class action proceedings, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and advocating on behalf of clients in courts or tribunals. The role also involves managing files independently, liaising with clients, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications
* Professional legal qualifications with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in areas such as personal injury law, commercial and employment litigation as well as class actions
* Proficiency in legal drafting, negotiation, and document review processes
* Strong skills in legal research, case preparation, and litigation strategy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
* A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services
