Construction Advisor / Project Supervisor Pay Rate : $100 – $105 per hour
Roster : 8 : 6 | Hours : 12-hour days

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Advisor / Project Supervisor to join our team on a Tier 1 mining project. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient construction execution while fostering a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all construction activities comply with company HSE standards and policies.
Lead HSE inductions, training programs, and promote a proactive safety culture.
Conduct and review HSE risk assessments and verify controls in the field.
Manage contractor compliance with CMS activities including permits, JHAs, and SWPs.
Oversee project execution, reporting, and contractor performance across safety, cost, and schedule.
Support commissioning phases and QA / QC processes.
About You
Strong knowledge of HSE policies, statutory requirements, and risk management processes.
Proven leadership in construction execution and contractor management.
Ability to coach, mentor, and build a culture of safety and compliance.
Experience with systems such as Enablon, PEEPO, and incident investigation models.
