Perform preventative maintenance based on engine assessments.
Complete required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
Coach and develop technicians and/or apprentices, transferring knowledge and experience to others.
Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
Adhere to and ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred).
