Executive Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Officer to join our team. As an Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in providing high-level support across planning, projects, data analysis, and process development and improvement.

You will lead and support a diverse range of strategic and operational activities, projects, and events. Your primary responsibility will be to assist senior staff in the school by providing high-level support for School planning, processes, and projects.


Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior staff in the school to provide high-level support for School planning, processes, and projects.
* Work collaboratively within the school to support the delivery of projects and initiatives with specific support to the Dean/Head of School and Business Manager.
* Provide high-level support to School committees and working groups including planning and organisation of meeting schedules, the preparation of documentation, meeting outcomes, and development of reporting schedules where required.
* Assist with day-to-day operations and general administration of the school including.
* Coordinate School events including all logistical requirements such as venue bookings, invitations, relevant technologies and support, and catering.


Requirements:

* Demonstrated skills in planning, implementation, and reporting in complex organisations, particularly related to operational and strategic projects.
* Experience in project management, with demonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies to complete a project within specified requirements.
* A high level of initiative, and the ability to apply initiative with working both individually and as a member of a team.
* Strong skills in the use of software applications used in the preparation of documents, data analysis, and presentations, plus competence with Social Media.
* Proven organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, including demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and staff.
