About the Role

Your Duties
* Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with corporate and smaller accounts.
* Understand customer needs to offer tailored, market-leading label solutions.
* Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing agreements.
* Manage opportunities through Salesforce, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts.
* Collaborate with Production, Prepress, Customer Service, and other teams for seamless project delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements in the beverage label sector.
* Travel locally and regionally for customer visits as required.
About You
* Proven experience in account management, preferably in label manufacturing or related FMCG sectors.
* Strong sales, commercial, and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
* Knowledge of label materials, print processes, finishes, and embellishments.
* Familiarity with regulatory labelling requirements for wine, spirits, and beverages.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Professional, resilient, and collaborative team player with high integrity.
