Are you looking to take the next step in your accounting career with a global organization? We are seeking a
Junior Assistant Accountant
to join our dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting.
About the Role
As a Junior Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring accurate data reporting for head office. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable:
Processing supplier/vendor invoices, creating purchase orders, reconciling statements, and monitoring credit card transactions.
Accounts Receivable:
Recording customer receipts, preparing credit notes, emailing invoices and statements, and assisting with new customer setups.
General Accounting:
Supporting warranty claim reconciliations, maintaining records, assisting with audits, and collaborating with the finance team.
Administration:
Managing inbox communications, assisting with travel bookings, and supporting banking and registration tasks.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting or finance role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with AX is a plus).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
