Nursing Opportunity in Rural Community
This is a unique opportunity to bring your nursing skills to a close-knit rural community. As a dedicated nurse, you will be the backbone of patient recovery, delivering comprehensive care to patients with various medical conditions.
The successful candidate will provide person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. They will also supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement.
* Clinical Leadership: Supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care with a willingness to show leadership and embrace change in the coordination and delivery of care.
* Recent Clinical Experience: Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
Requirements:
* Registration: Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Competencies: Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact with others in a personable and professional manner. They must also be able to effectively prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability.
