We is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager / Assistant Manager.
We are looking for someone with:
a passion for hospitality, food and beverage and customer service excellence
experience in managing the front of house team and training of new staff members
excellent communication skills with the team and customers
have Australian working rights
Our Restaurant Manager has leadership responsibilities which include:
Leading a team to run customer service operation
Ensuring the cafe is well-presented with an exceptional level of hygiene
Managing the front of house operations with including rostering, recruiting and training new team members
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Fostering positive culture within the team
Managing budgets, expenses and reports

Part-time hours: 35-40 per week
**Salary**: From $140.00 per day
