Key Responsibilities:
* Offer technical expertise across a range of programs or activities
* Maintain processes and documentation relating to service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
* Apply change and risk management principles to communicate impacts to relevant parties
* Analyse and coordinate data
* Prepare internal and external communications, including reports, advice and presentations
* Support the collation and audits of workforce planning data

Requirements:
* Desirable: Case management experience
* Able to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel, confident in using different technologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
