We are currently recruiting for a structured, fully funded career transition pathway designed specifically for career changers who want to move into software engineering- with no prior experience required.
The Opportunity
We are selecting motivated individuals to join a 9-month, full-time Software Engineering program delivered by Holberton School Australia.
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will progress into an internship with a leading Australian tech company, gaining hands-on experience in real engineering teams.
This pathway is ideal for people coming from completely different industries who want to retrain, gain practical skills, and launch a long-term tech career.
Successful applicants will receive:
* Fully funded position in Holberton's 9-month Software Engineering program (valued at $19,000)
* Internship with a well-established tech organisation
* Real project exposure, mentorship, and the chance to build a strong technical portfolio
* A clear route into junior software engineering roles
What You'll Learn
Holberton's training is project-based, practical, and team-driven, mirroring real engineering environments. You will cover:
* Programming in Python, C, JavaScript, and SQL, HTML
* API design and integration
* System architecture, debugging, and problem-solving
* Industry-standard workflows: Agile, Git/GitHub, code reviews
* Full-stack development fundamentals
Who This Is For
