This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for a technical expert who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
We are seeking a genuine, well-rounded individual who can act as a product expert addressing technical questions.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule service operations onboard vessels and offshore installationsPrepare and process customer quotations, government bids, purchase orders, and changesAct as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional supportSupport service engineers with job preparation and execution, including briefing and debriefingMaintain and organize job documentation, service reports, certificates, and records in the ERP systemManage invoicing, billing summaries, KPIs, accruals, and closure of service projectsHandle expense reports and timesheets for field service teamsFollow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction surveysAssist sales and project teams in executing service-related contractsSupport internal process improvements and uphold quality, safety, and strategic standardsMust be familiar with invoicing, order taking & processingAbility to travel up to 60% of timeWhat You Bring:High school diploma (required); additional technical or maritime background is a plusExperience in coordinating field service or offshore personnel strongly preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for ERP systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working across departments and with international teamsFamiliar with invoicing, order processing, and customer service best practicesWork closely with international teams and gain broad exposure across operations and salesOpportunities to contribute ideas for improvement and shape service processesBenefits:Competitive compensationFlexible hours and a dynamic work environment401(k) with Company matchMedical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and short- and long-term disability (depending upon state).
