We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Project Delivery Team based in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in accordance with agreed objectives, standards and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the project team to achieve budget and delivery targets
* Participate and lead meetings with internal and external groups
* Deliver effective financial management for the project
* Identify and manage risks in the program
* Oversee the project contracts administration
* Maintain and manage safety responsibility for the site
* Coordinate activities for Project Completion
* Support activities in the Defects Liability Period
Requirements
* A degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Prior experience in a Project Management role within the commercial or industrial sector
* Demonstrated understanding of construction and design methodology, project management principles and delivery methods
* Working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirements
* An effective communicator and relationship builder
