Remuneration : $77,358 - $113,226 per annum, pro rata - dependent on qualifications

About The Role
The Suicide Prevention Outreach Team (SPOT) is a NSW Health initiative that aims to reduce deaths by suicide and suicide attempts. The team will engage people experiencing suicidal distress in the community setting with their existing supports, where safe to do so and work collaboratively and in conjunction with the other Towards Zero Suicides in Care initiatives in the Local Health District (LHD) within the context of a Just and Restorative Culture.
The Clinician will work in a team of two with a Peer Worker and provide holistic recovery oriented, trauma informed, and evidence based rapid crisis support to people experiencing suicidality. This may include crisis response with internal or external agencies.
