What You'll Do
You will assume operational oversight of the Cairns Airport portfolio, driving commercial targets and brand standards.
* Assist in the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities at Cairns Airport.
* Develop and manage budgets, rigorously tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance.
* Identify, recommend, and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the food & beverage portfolio to maximise efficiencies.
* Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including Clients.
* Support growth strategies and tender submissions tailored to specific location needs.
* Organise and coordinate the transformation of existing outlets and the implementation of new food & beverage outlets aligned with Cater Care brand standards.
* Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences to proactively adjust the product range, ensuring relevance and customer satisfaction.
About You
You are an astute operator with a commercial mindset and a track record in hospitality.
* Previous experience in multi-site management in an F&B capacity.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
* Access to your own reliable transport (Essential).
* Ability to obtain an ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment).
* Current RSA and FWHP (Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures) or FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate (or willingness to complete on the job).
