Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Tait Asia Pacific team in our Brisbane office. This role is central to delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting our distributor network, and partnering closely with our sales team to drive business success.
About the Role
As a CSR, you'll be the link between our customers, distributors, and internal teams. From processing and tracking orders through to delivery & invoicing, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and that communication is clear at every stage. You'll also respond to customer queries, support the sales team with day-to-day needs, and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to make sure our customers get the best possible service.
About You
* You'll be joining a passionate and supportive operations team in our region, and we're looking for someone who can bring:
* Experience with customer order processing, ideally using SAP or a similar ERP system.
* Confidence with Microsoft 365 applications.
* A background in Customer Service or Logistics, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers and stakeholders.
It would be an advantage if you've worked in the radio or critical communications industry, enjoy learning new systems, or speak another language from the Asia-Pacific region.
