About this role
This position is designed to work in conjunction with healthcare professionals to deliver flexible, culturally sensitive services for Aboriginal clients.
* Clinical assessment, screening, case management, education, and referral for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people accessing our service.
We're looking for a motivated professional with a strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures who can provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (Practice) and current authority to practice as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with AHPRA OR a minimum certificate III qualification in Aboriginal Primary Health care or a minimum Certificate III health qualification AND willingness to undertake a Certificate IV within 18 months.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW and ability to travel as required.
