Ramsey Bros Murray Bridge have an prospect to join an established and growing sales team to deliver industry leading brands to our local farming community.
**The opportunity**:
Ramsey Bros are seeking energetic and driven individual that has the right attitude, drive and determination to build relationships, succeed and to become part of our winning culture.
With the assistance of our senior sales team, and support from management, the successful applicants will have the opportunity to deliver sales results across many facets of agriculture. Other tasks may also include operating and demonstrating current and used agricultural equipment.
These are exciting career opportunities for dynamic and motivated individual. You will be provided with existing clients and an established database, on-going product training, administrative support and negotiated relocation costs to the right applicant.
**We are looking for**:
- Knowledge in customer service/sales either from an Agricultural, Industrial, Automotive or technical field would be highly regarded but not essential
- Knowledge of farmers’ needs, particularly for our diverse area surrounding the Murray Bridge and Fleurieu Peninsula regions
- Great communication skills and down to earth/practical approach
- Able to work autonomously, be results orientated and determined with a passion to succeed
- A team player who recognizes the importance of balancing internal and external relationships
- We are looking for an individual with the right attitude, drive and motivation to become a Trusted sales adviser to farmers
- Committed self-starters who share our Ramsey Bros core values
**The role**:
- Cold calling over the phone and in person
- Demonstration, set-up and support of new and used equipment sales as required
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly administration functions are correct and up to date
- Ensure all end of month management tasks/functions are completed on time
- The role offers an attractive remuneration package of base salary plus commission, as well as fully maintained vehicle, laptop, and phone
