About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Patio Installer to join our team at ACFG Constructions. This is a contract position that will involve the installation of high-quality carports, alfrescos and storerooms for our clients who have numerous villages around Perth.
What you'll be doing
1. Measuring, cutting and installing steel colorbond rhs frames.
2. Attaching gutters, downpipes, flashings and roof sheets to frames.
3. Cladding storerooms and facades.
4. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines
5. Communicating effectively with clients and the construction team
6. Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
What we're looking for
1. Primarily we need a team of 2 or 3 peiple with several years of experience as a patio installer or in a similar construction role. Who is capable of building to a high standard at an efficient pace.
2. We need a team who is experienced and skilled enough to keep up with the work load we have on offer.
3. Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
4. Ability to use power tools and hand tools proficiently and safely
5. Good attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills
7. A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
8. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (desirable)
