About the Role
We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of vehicle assignments across our network of carriers.
Responsibilities:
* Key Deliverables:
* Coordinate and monitor vehicle load planning to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery.
* Execute daily replenishments and distribution activities.
* Communicate and collaborate with warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams to drive efficiency.
* Respond to changes or issues, providing timely support to resolve challenges.
* Maintain accurate records to support compliance and safety requirements.
* Track transport performance and provide insights to inform process improvements.
Requirements:
* Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field; or relevant study or transferrable skills from similar roles.
* Experience working in frozen food, FMCG, or logistics environments is highly advantageous.
* Strong understanding of transport compliance, including CoR principles.
* Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, WMS, or similar systems, and comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
