Language for Life is a busy multidisciplinary private practice is based in Melbourne & offers services to a paediatric and/or adult individuals across Australia. The practice prides itself on a reputation for delivering quality communication outcomes to clients & provide services under the NDIS.
We are a multidisciplinary private practice offering speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, dietetics and psychology. The clinic comprises a team of experienced independent practitioners who all have a special interest in the well-being of families and individuals and work together to identify concerns and provide effective intervention for each client.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated occupational therapists to deliver In Clinic service at Derrimut Road Hoppers Crossing 3029 for paediatric and/or adult.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Work with individuals, their families and their key stakeholders to develop individualized plans and services to clients
* Develop holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team and provide direct clinic-based intervention and support programs.
Qualifications & Experiences
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA Registration and membership with OT Australia (if applicable)
* Eligibility for Medicare Provider status
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance (Certificate of Currency)
* Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferable
* 24 months experience working as a Occupational Therapist with a paediatric population (preferred)
