Safety and Logistics Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Shift Manager to lead our team of associates within our Delivery Station at Adelaide, South Australia. If you have a passion for motivating, mentoring, and coaching others, we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate will have experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for maintaining Health and Safety standards, while promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site. Collaboration with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, is also essential for this role.
A day in the life as an Operations Shift Manager will involve working closely with your peers to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes. Your focus will be on delivering customer satisfaction by ensuring that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience with performance metrics and process improvement. A flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays are also requirements of this role.
