About the Role
Comfort Style is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join us on a casual basis, working approximately 20hrs per week with the opportunity to progress to a part time role.
This role will include some weekend shifts with additional hours available to support leave coverage as needed.
Main duties
Merchandising, price ticketing and maintaining a clean sales floor
Invoice processing and associated administrative tasks
Receiving merchandise and assisting with stock placements and displays
Assisting with customer deliveries, pick-ups and furniture assembly periodically
What we're looking for
Prior experience in selling directly to customers and achieving set targets and goals
Confidence in sales abilities and a talent for selling while delivering exceptional customer service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers
Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
Positive mindset and a 'can do' attitude
Must be available to work weekends periodically
Physically fit to lift and support merchandising and assist with customer collections when necessary
