Today, we harvest olives from 36,000 thriving trees and produce thousands of cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil each year. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the "full-circle" logistics of our orders. In this role, you won't just be moving stock; you will be the engine ensuring our online, wholesale and corporate customers receive the right products on time, every time.
The Role:
You will assist with the end-to-end flow of orders, from receiving incoming stock to the final dispatch. You will work closely with our warehouse team to maintain a seamless supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch a variety of orders for direct and wholesale customers.
* Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and check incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure total accuracy.
* Stock Replenishment: Assist the warehouse team with branch replenishment and move stock between locations manually or with assistance.
* Accuracy & Quality Control: Perform regular stocktakes and inventory checks, addressing any discrepancies to maintain precise records.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital records across inventory, orders, and shipments.
About You
You are a "hands-on" person who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are behind a computer screen.
Essential Skills:
* Computer Literacy: Competence in digital systems is essential. We use a high-tech stack system for Inventory and Shipping.
* Detail Driven: Confidence with data entry, stock reconciliation, and basic administrative tasks.
* Reliability: A strong commitment to fulfilling orders accurately and resolving issues proactively.
Highly Regarded:
* Forklift Licence: A current LF licence is a major plus to assist with broader warehouse functions.
* Systems Experience: Prior experience with tech stack is great, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate with a "willingness to learn" attitude.
