The Opportunity
You've spent 2-3 years at a larger company building your foundations. You know data engineering fundamentals, you can build pipelines, you understand dimensional modeling. But you're ready for more responsibility and the chance to work on projects that actually matter to enterprise organisations.
Here's what growth looks like with us:
* Initially: Contribute to client projects as part of our team, learning our approach to enterprise data engineering
* As you demonstrate capability: Take technical lead on smaller projects while supporting larger initiatives

You'll work alongside our experienced technical architect who will teach you not just how to build data pipelines, but how to build trusted, strategic data partnerships with C-level executives.

* Work directly with client teams (technical and business stakeholders)
* Train and mentor their internal data teams

What You Need to Bring
The foundations (non-negotiable):
* 2-3 years of data engineering experience at a structured organisation (ideally 500+ employees with established data teams)
* Strong SQL skills - joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimisation
* Dimensional modeling fundamentals - you understand star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, and why these patterns matter
* Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake preferred, but other strong Cloud Data Warehouse experience works too
* Exposure to dbt - we'll teach you our patterns, but you need the basics
* Git fundamentals - branching, pull requests, CI/CD concepts
* The humility to say "I don't know" and the intelligence to learn quickly when shown
* Snowflake certification or deep Snowflake knowledge
* Experience with medallion architecture patterns
* Experience using AI coding assistants productively
* Client-facing experience or technical mentoring
