About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you'll:
* Provide evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults.
* Develop and implement tailored assessment and intervention plans.
* Deliver high-quality psychological reports and correspondence.
* Conduct cognitive and diagnostic assessments across the lifespan.
* Uphold ethical standards and practice policies.
* This is an employed position with pay based on your experience and qualifications.
About You
* You're a registered or provisional Psychologist who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help clients move toward meaningful change. You understand the nuances of rural life and take a holistic, evidence-based approach to mental health.
* You're a strong communicator—confident, sensitive, and thorough—and you thrive in a team that values connection, growth, and impact.
* New graduates are welcome to apply as we provide comprehensive support and supervision for both registered and provisional psychologists.
What You'll Need
* Masters in Psychology
* APHRA registration (or eligibility for provisional registration)
* C Class Driver's License
* Experience with psychometric assessments (e.g., WISC, WAIS, WIAT) is highly desirable
* Experience with children and/or Board Approved Supervisor status is a bonus
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position - we are unable to provide sponsorship for those requiring it.
