Job Opportunity
The role of a Care Manager involves leading a team to provide high-quality care to residents with dementia and other needs.
* Lead the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
* Support the General Manager in managing and leading the clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, and delegation.
* Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, providing solutions to reduce risks.
* Manage care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing degree
* Current APHRA registration
* Experience in aged care or acute settings
