The Role
The successful applicant will primarily teach kindergarten to year 6, starting with year one. The role requires flexible delivery across the school, commitment to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes, and the ability to plan challenging and engaging programs aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum. Experience with Heggarty, Letters and Sounds and Talk for Reading and Writing is highly valued.
Key responsibilities include:
* Teaching in the early years and across year levels
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons that support whole school approaches
* Building positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community
* Supporting ongoing professional growth and collaborating with colleagues
Qualifications and Requirements
* Eligible teacher qualification and registration
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residence, or valid visa with work rights for the term of appointment
* Application of WA Working with Children Check and Screening Clearance before start
