WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING No two days are the same in retail, but here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be up to: Support and Lead the Team as a Dual-Site Assistant Store Manager across our Parramatta and Parramatta Myer stores! Be the right-hand to the Store Manager – keep things running smoothly and the team pumped up and ready to go! Lead from the front – set the bar for exceptional customer service and create a vibe that keeps our customers coming back for more. Keep an eye on the numbers – track sales like a pro, celebrate the wins, and jump on opportunities to grow. Style it up – make sure the store looks amazing with top-notch visual merchandising that brings our brand to life. Stay sharp on stock – help protect the store from loss and keep shrinkage under control with a proactive mindset. Champion safety – create a healthy, happy workplace by following all things OH&S and looking out for your crew. ABOUT YOU You’re not just a people person—you’re a team energiser, a customer experience champion, and maybe even a kid-whisperer! Experienced Assistant Store Manager or Retail Supervisor Confident leading, coaching, and motivating a team Warm, approachable, and great with kids (patience is a must!)
