We are seeking applications to temporarily relieve the position of Maintenance Supervisor within the Transport and Open Spaces Group, for a fixed term until January 2027.
About the Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the Heavy Patching program of works reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator - Urban within the Transport Services Team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a small team delivering heavy patching works including gravel and asphalt patching for the City of Coffs Harbour.
About you
You are a skilled maintenance professional with strong communication skills. You demonstrate solid literacy, numeracy, and written skills, enabling you to follow instructions, complete documentation, and interpret plans and drawings accurately. You work well both independently and as part of a team, consistently showing strong attention to detail. You are able to motivate and guide others to achieve high‑quality outcomes while maintaining positive team morale. You hold a Certificate IV in Civil Construction (Supervision) or have substantial experience in road drainage and maintenance, along with an MR licence and a White Card.
