We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Specialist to provide clinical support to our service team. The successful candidate will optimize health outcomes for individuals in need.
The Role
The Clinical Care Specialist will work with the service team using a person-centred approach. This includes providing basic clinical support, professional health consultation, mentoring, training, and advice.
* Support assessments and provide recommendations on services to achieve optimum care outcomes.
* Collaborate with the service team to optimize health outcomes for individuals and their families.
Key Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
* Currently registered with AHPRA
* Minimum of one year of supervised post-registration practice
* Must have the right to work in Australia
* Current driver's license and willingness to drive or own vehicle to support client needs
* Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at all locations
* Manual Handling Certificate and ability to undertake manual handling procedures
* First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration Certificate
