What you'll be doing This position is responsible for the coordination of administrative services within allocated areas and also to ensure the high level administrative support is allocated for the designated departments throughout the service. This position must ensure that both frontline and secretarial staff are delivering high quality administrative services in a customer focused manner and in accordance with Hospital and departmental policies. This role involves the oversight supervision of administrative services whilst also providing support to Clinicians, nursing staff, revenue and other senior admin officers. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: 1. Proven ability to manage staff, through leadership and team building skills. 2. Demonstrated skills with advanced knowledge in relation to pay enquiries for relevant staff, staff leave management, rostering of administration staff to meet the needs of the department. 3.
