* Provide 24x7 support for Biztalk platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 24x7 support for Biztalk platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Monitor system performance using APM tools and proactively identify and resolve issues.
* Manage and maintain Biztalk servers, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and regular maintenance.
* Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management within the Biztalk environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Skills
* Proven experience in managing Biztalk platforms in a 24x7 support environment, preferably for banking customers.
* Strong knowledge of at least one scripting language with emphasis on Automation of manual tasks
* Experience with at least one Job scheduling tool like Control-M
* Strong knowledge of Biztalk server installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
* Expertise in leveraging APM tools for monitoring and troubleshooting system performance.
* Experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with system audits, security best practices, and documentation.
* Relevant certifications in Biztalk, APM tools, and ITIL are a plus.
