Founded in 2004, Total Harvesting (ABN: is a locally owned and operated business with operation centres in Albany, Bunbury, Yornup and Esperance. We log, chip and haul Bluegum and pine products under various contracts in W.A.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking to fill a number of Full-Time, Permanent MC Truck Driver positions across the Bunbury, Yornup, and Albany regions.
We maintain a fleet of production and haulage vehicles, and pride ourselves on the standards we achieve. The roles on offer are within a relatively unsupervised small team position, operating in a high-volume contracting environment.
What you will be doing:
* Supervise loading and securing of goods onto the truck to prevent movement and allow safe transport. Assist in loading and unloading as required
* Make sure loads are correctly placed and secured to avoid damage to the truck or goods
* Not accept overloading of trucks
* Ensure the removal of all protruding limbs, loose bark or trailing debris prior to leaving the loading point
* Carry out daily administrative duties, such as recording damage, obtaining customer signature and issuing dockets, completing accurate work diary / timesheet and dockets / app requirements
* Perform vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips; responsible for brake adjustments, tire replacement and minor repairs as needed while on the road.
* Comply with the fatigue management guidelines as outlined in Safe Work Practices Manual
* Keep the interior and exterior of cab clean and ensure there is no littering
* Strictly comply with all traffic regulations
* Comply with all maximum gazetted speed limits on all roads, or a lesser speed as dictated by the Haulage Plan
You will have:
* Relevant Experience in operating B-Double and Road Train combinations.
* Current MC licence (unrestricted preferred).
* Valid WA Fatigue Management Certificate, or ability to obtain one.
* Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical (within 12 months), or ability to obtain one.
* Clean and responsible driving record.
* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Log and Chip carting or high centre of gravity load experience would be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to undertake full medical prior to employment
* Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing will apply
