About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Manage a portfolio of properties, including liaison with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
* Provide outstanding service to stakeholders
* Oversight of marketing and leasing of vacant properties to secure new tenants
* Preparation and execution of lease agreements, tenancy inspections, and property condition reports
* Arrears, repairs & maintenance handling with ease
* Drive market development—identify new business opportunities and expand our local client base
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and company policies
* Contribution to continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
