We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Marketing & Business Development team at HHG Legal Group.
About the Role
As a key support to our Head of Marketing, you’ll work across a broad range of marketing activities including digital content, social media, events, branding, business development, sponsorships, and internal communications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Creating, scheduling and posting content across social media and the company website
•Supporting end-to-end event coordination (client functions, sponsorships, internal events)
•Assisting with the design and preparation of marketing materials (brochures, signage, presentations)
•Coordinating marketing activities linked to business and industry associations
•Assisting with tenders, EOIs, award submissions and legal directories
•Conducting research to support strategic marketing campaigns
•Tracking and reporting on digital and social media performance
•Providing general administration support to the Head of Marketing (invoices, reporting, CRM updates)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
•4–5 years’ experience in marketing, content or event coordination (legal or professional services preferred but not essential)
•A qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field (desirable)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CMS platforms
•Experience with CRM systems desirable
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong attention to detail and time management skills
•Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
•A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
