Field Development Manager

The Role:
- As a Field Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing Franchisees across NSW and ACT, helping them build profitable, sustainable businesses.
- This hands-on role combines coaching, business planning, and performance management to ensure Franchisees meet both financial and personal objectives. You'll foster strong relationships, drive network growth, and promote best practice standards, while contributing positively to team culture and living our company values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach Franchisees to achieve sustainable growth and profitability
- Drive franchisee retention and network expansion across NSW/ACT
- Monitor financial performance, targets, and cash flow against business plans
- Promote compliance with company policies, systems, and best practices
- Encourage participation in training, support, and development programs
- Build strong, positive relationships with Franchisees and support staff
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and uphold company values
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in field development or business management
- Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in field development or business management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite or MS office
- Trade qualified or trade service background is an advantage!
- Current Australian driver's license (essential for travel requirements)
