Residential home located 2 hours from Perth.
I'm working closely with a respected aged care provider to recruit an experienced Aged Care Manager for one of their well-established homes in WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader to step into a permanent, full-time position with solid support and long-term career stability.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 3+ years' leadership experience in aged care
* AHPRA Registered Nurse
* Strong understanding of the aged care sector, regulatory requirements, and funding
* Knowledge of account management and sales (preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on team development
