About the role
Warroo Game Meats Pty Ltd is seeking a Forklift & Labor employee to join our team in Arundel, QLD. This role is an essential part of our manufacturing and logistics operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement and handling of goods and materials within our facility.
What you'll be doing
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods and materials
* Assist with general laboring tasks such as sorting, packing, and stocking inventory
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols
* Collaborate with the wider production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations
What we're looking for
* Forklift license mandatory
* Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
* Good physical fitness and the stamina to perform manual handling tasks
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
* A commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
