Role Overview:Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team at their Mulgrave location. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including managing emails, phone calls, assisting with invoicing and sales, and addressing all customer and client-related matters. This position offers a dynamic environment where excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. Hours for this role are - Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including emails and phone calls.Assist with invoicing and sales processes.Manage customer and client inquiries both in person and over the phone.Provide exceptional service and support to our clients.Requirements:Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role.Preferred experience in customer service or administration.Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with customers and clients.Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport required.If you are a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and a strong administrative background, we encourage you to apply.
