Marketing and Communications Coordinator

We operate a fleet of world-class mobile battery systems that can support grid-constrained industries, reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, operate noise-free, and drive efficiency and cost savings.

Our vision is to disrupt the temporary power market and become global leaders in delivering best-in-class mobile battery solutions to commercial, industrial, and utilities customers.


The Role

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator role entails developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies to reach, educate, and convert leads into customers. This includes creating content across digital and traditional channels, managing social media and website content, and informing and supporting digital advertising strategy.

This position requires a strong drive and motivation to support growth and scale, with a proven ability to create compelling written content and design materials using Canva. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.

The key responsibilities include:

* Developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinating activities across platforms
* Creating and managing content across both digital and traditional channels
* Managing digital channels including social media and website content
* Informing and supporting digital advertising strategy and activities
* Monitoring and analyzing marketing activities and campaign performance

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to self-organize and time-manage independently, be proactive and solution-focused, and have a genuine desire to learn about Powershift's products and solutions.

In order to succeed in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:

* At least 5+ years in a marketing and/or communications role
* Proven ability to create compelling written content and design materials
* Proficiency with basic design tools such as Canva
* Highly organized, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders at various levels
