Senior Consultant - HR & Business Support Expert

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role supporting the Head of Operations with property management across a large and diverse asset portfolio. You'll provide administrative support across compliance, leasing, facilities coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of property/facilities experience, strong admin skills, and a genuine interest in working for an organisation with purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the operational management of properties including lease agreements, maintenance scheduling, and insurance
* Assist with statutory and compliance reporting obligations
* Liaise with councils, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Maintain databases and property registers
* Contribute to the implementation of property strategy and ongoing improvement projects
* Prepare documentation for committees and executive leadership
* Ensure property accreditation and regulatory standards are met
* Support property bookings and communications

About You:

* 3–5 years of experience in a property, facilities, or operations support role
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with councils, trades, or regulatory compliance preferred
* Confident communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
* Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
* A proactive mindset and team-focused approach
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills across MS Office and systems
